We are a Launceston based commercial and residential construction business established in 2009. Director, David Rosevear, has over 40 years of experience, knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.

Our team, and that of our preferred subcontractors and suppliers, specialise in commercial and architectural construction throughout Northern Tasmania. We have the experience and expertise to take on small to medium commercial and residential projects.

We are an approved contractor with the Department of Treasury and Finance to a level of $2m, are DEEWR code compliant, are members of Master Builders Tasmania and hold an “Open” Builders Accreditation No.CC540U.
